- Categorization is saved with the item so you won’t lose it by moving things around.

Blackberry: see mail folders besides Inbox

By default Blackberry only shows your Inbox folder.  If you want to see other folders you must change the Folder Redirection settings.

Mac Entourage: How to setup your Exchange account

How to setup your Exchange account using Entourage.  Entourage is the Mac version of Outlook.

If you use Rethinkit Exchange hosting, use the following screen as a guide.
Change the highlighted settings (all other tabs and settings have been left at default values).

Also, Entourage uses “identities” as a way of setting up multiple people on the same machine (much like “profiles” in Outlook).

If it is appropriate, you can set up the new Exchange account as a new “identity” and switch to it as needed.
