Do you use a Mac for running Windows? This can be done using Apple’s Boot Camp or using a ‘real’ Windows machine via Remote Desktop.
Either way you will quickly notice that certain keys and the ability right-click are missing!

How to setup your Exchange account using Entourage. Entourage is the Mac version of Outlook.
If you use Rethinkit Exchange hosting, use the following screen as a guide.
Change the highlighted settings (all other tabs and settings have been left at default values).

Also, Entourage uses “identities” as a way of setting up multiple people on the same machine (much like “profiles” in Outlook).
If it is appropriate, you can set up the new Exchange account as a new “identity” and switch to it as needed.

Windows Desktop Search is a free add-on from Microsoft for Windows XP. (It is built-in to Windows Vista)
This is an indexed search of everything on your computer that is much faster and comprehensive than Outlook’s built-in search plus it searches across your archives, sent items, and all subfolders as well. Initially, it takes several hours to build an index for the search so don’t expect to use it immediately after installation.

How to backup your Outlook data (.pst file)
Unfortunately, you can’t make a backup of your important Outlook .pst files (this is where all your archive data resides) while you are using Outlook.

1. Start… Run … “control userpasswords2” (without the quotes)
It’s smart to start up your computer and walk away until it’s ready.
But then you have to type your name and password and walk away again.
Then put your email program and your browser in your startup group and everything will be ready for you!
