Here’s a great program to find (and delete or move to a folder) all those identical files that differ only by name.
Just keep the defaults and run through it:
1. press ‘Run’ and point it to your Music or Pictures folder (or whatever folder, even multiple folders)
2. Leave the duplicate criteria alone (size and checksum match is for sure a duplicate)
3. Let it Scan and show you the dupes
4. Then check off the files you want to delete/move. Or just press “check the first dupes” to have it guess.
5. Press “Move checked files” (or delete). It will ask for the folder to move to.
