By default Blackberry only shows your Inbox folder. If you want to see other folders you must change the Folder Redirection settings.
Keep in mind that all the mail will appear ‘mixed together’ on the message list even though they are kept in separate folders in Outlook.
To change Folder Redirection:
- On the Blackberry, open up Messages so you are looking at your mail
- Click Menu (the button with the ‘berry’ on it)
select Options -> Email Settings - Under Message Services highlight Desktop
(Skip this step if you don’t see Message Services) - Click Menu
select Folder Redirection - Then put checks next to folders you want
- Press Esc (the curly arrow) and save
