Outlook’s ‘unread mail’ normally shows you unread mail in all your folders.
Here’s how to change it to just the Inbox.
1. Right click “Unread Mail” and choose “Customize…”
2. Click the Browse button and UNcheck Mailbox, check Inbox, and UNcheck Search subfolders.
I am currently using Microsoft Outlook and receive all the emails from my inbox to my BB. All the messages which get directed to other folders (with rules) are the ones I cannot view. How can I get to view these?!
