If you can’t connect to your network printer or you have switched your printer from USB cable to network cable then you should go through these steps to re-connect.

Sometimes Windows forgets which printer is your default. Here’s how to set it.
1. Click on Start… Printers and Faxes
2. Right-click on the printer you want and choose “Set as default printer”
3. That’s it. You might have to close any open programs to have it reset what the default printer is.
